Thermocouple Repair & Recalibration Service
Our repair and recalibration service consists of a complete evaluation of the thermocouple for breakage, contamination and wire damage by our technical engineers. New junctions are formed and the wire is calibrated in our state of the art CCPI electronic calibration system. The thermocouple is then reassembled with new parts as necessary.
Each thermocouple goes through a full mechanical and electrical final inspection. Finally, each thermocouple is sealed in plastic with a calibration certificate.
Because we know what is expected from us as a supplier we have invested in a state of the art process and calibration assembly area. This area is temperature and humidity controlled and houses our two freeze point calibration furnaces which are linked to our CCPI bespoke calibration software. This has the added advantage of Statistical process control which can use historical customer information or has the flexibility to inspect data on line against our customer’s specifications.
