Polishing and Machining of Quartz and Ceramics

We can grind and machine material from boules, blocks or plate We have capabilities to grind and polish down to very precise tolerances. Our polishing tolerances go down to 1/10 or 0.3mmwith a parallelism of 3 seconds.

Our fully integrated CNC machine workshop including ultra sonic equipment gives us the capabilities to machine products to very high tolerances.

Our final inspection area allows products to be measured to 5 decimal places using our CMM equipment. Our facility also has a large quartz cleaning area and additional class 1000 clean room allowing 'ship to line' on specific products.
