Automatic Volume Cutting of Quartz and Ceramics

At present we have capabilities to cut up to 500mm diameter in tube or boule form.
We also have, in house, fully automatic cutting facilities to satisfy high volume cutting. In addition to our automated cutting system are two single-stage washing stations running on 'clinically clean' water and leaving material with no mineral deposits.

We can cut any volume of material including automatically flame glazing ends or doming.
